Ms. Becky Watson, age 47, of Rising Sun, Indiana, formerly of McCreary County passed away Sunday, December 10, 2006, at the St. Elizabeth South Hospital in Edgewood, Kentucky.

Funeral services were held Thursday, December 14, 2006, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Cordell officiating. Burial was in the Barren Fork Cemetery.

Ms. Watson was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on October 13, 1959, to the late Lloyd Watson and Joan Byron Jones. She worked as a supervisor of inventory control with UPS Logistics in Hebron, Kentucky. She is survived by her mother Joan Jones of Pine Knot, two daughters Karen Knox (and husband Mike) of Cincinnati, Barbara Webster (and husband Joseph Jacob) of Elsmere, Kentucky, and son Paul Slaven (and Marlene Messer) of Florence, Kentucky. She leaves behind her significant other of six years Joseph Paolillo and her beloved dog Izzy.

Besides her birth father Harold Caldwell, preceding her in death is her father Lloyd Watson and a brother Harold Watson.

Her brothers and sisters are Bonnie Bayman of Luverne, Alabama, James Lee "Willie" Watson of Whitley City, Steven Watson of Whitley City, Anthony Watson of Monticello, Lloyd Watson of Pine Knot, Cindy Monroe of Pine Knot, and Angel Schofield of Luverne, Alabama. Her precious grandchildren are Nicholas and Nathaniel Knox, Easton Jacob and Christian Harden, and there's one on the way.
