Wanda D Neal

Wanda D. Neal age 77 of Winfield, Tennessee passed from this life on Sunday, July 11, 2021 in Cleveland, Tennessee.

She was born May 28, 1944 in Sunbury, Ohio to the late Obie Phillips and Lelia Jane (Ball) Craig. Wanda enjoyed quilting and gardening.

Surviving family include her son, Kevin Neal of Mooreland, Indiana; daughters, Sheila McQueary (and Randy) of Houstonville, Kentucky, Ramona Bellowes of Greenfield, Indiana, Pamela Rutledge of Edmonton, Kentucky, and Patricia Hobein of Winfield, Tennessee; 12 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are brothers, Wendell Phillips of Covington, Kentucky, Wayne Phillips of Texas, Wade Phillips of Covington, and Terry Phillips of North Carolina; and sisters, Wilda Ball (and Delmar) of Pine Knot, Kentucky, and Lelia West of Winfield, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021 at 12:00 noon in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home. Burial to follow in the Pine Knot Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday after 10:00 am until service time at the funeral home.
