Virginia "Jill" Mae Strunk

Virginia Mae “Jill” Strunk age 68 years, 1 month, and 29 days of the Hill Top Community, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017 at the Somerset Nursing & Rehab Center.

She was born August 28, 1949 in Scott County, Tennessee to the late Lester Watson and Marie (Dixon) Watson. Her parents, a sister, Nancy Karen Watson, and brothers, Donald Ray, Ronnie Lester, Gary Eugene, and Darrell Wayne Watson precede her in death.

Surviving family include her brother, Jeff Watson and wife, Lisa, of Stearns, and her grandbabies, George Ricky Watson and Breanna Musgrove.

Jill was a member of the Hill Top Baptist Church. She enjoyed being outdoors, working in her garden and fishing, and her animals.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Rev. David Troxell officiating. Burial to follow in the Watson Family Cemetery at Hill Top. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00 – 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
