Vickie Lee Luckadoo

Vickie Lee (Walker) Luckadoo age 68 of the Round Top Community, in Strunk, Kentucky passed from this life on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at her home.

She was born November 4, 1952 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Clifford Walker and Emma (Padget) Walker. In addition to her parents, Vickie is preceded in death by her great-grandchild, Sam Perry, brothers, Thomas, Dennis, and David Walker, and sisters, Jacqueline Craft and Deloris Feltner.

Surviving family include her husband, Leonard Luckadoo, Sr. whom she married, March 8, 1968; sons, Leonard Luckadoo, Jr. of Johns Island, South Carolina, Gordon Luckadoo, Jacksboro, Tennessee, and Joseph Luckadoo of Strunk, Kentucky; a brother, Clifford Walker of Stanford, Kentucky; sisters, Wanda Sizemore (husband, Woodson) of Southpoint, Ohio; and a sister-in-law, Beulah Walker of Strunk.

Also surviving are Vickie’s grandchildren, Courtney Perry (and Robert), Victoria Luckadoo (and Kevin), Ashley Schuller (and Jeramiah), Kelli Shipley (and Coty), Audrey Luckadoo, Jaiden Luckadoo, Joseph Luckadoo, Christopher Thompson (and Ashley), Leonard Luckadoo III, and Kaitlyn Luckadoo; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Vickie was of the full gospel faith. She loved family time and being with her grandchildren. Her world revolved around family time and making memories. In her spare time, Vickie enjoyed sewing and always enjoyed the Christmas season. Her home was always the brightest and most cheerful around.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 12:00 noon in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home. Burial to follow in the Luckadoo Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday after 11:00 am until service time at the funeral home.
