TINA LOUISE MUSGROVE

Tina Louise Spradlin Musgrove, age 41, of Pine Knot, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 at Lower Cal Hill Cemetery with Rev. David Troxell officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 a€" 3:00 p.m. at Pine Knot Funeral Home.

Tina was born at Marshes Siding, Kentucky, on May 6, 1969, to Vestal Conaster and Maxine Spradlin King. Preceding her in death is her father, Vestal Conatser, her husband Ben Musgrove and a sister Crystal Conatser.

Surviving family include her mother Maxine King of Pine Knot, two sons Dustin Spradlin of Pine Knot and Jordan Musgrove of Whitley City, a brother Michael Spradlin of Williamsburg, two sisters Donna Garnet (and Frank) of Williamsburg and Brenda Hayes (and Ray) of Pine Knot, a grandson, Kason Isaiah Duncan and a special friend Tyler. She also is survived by 3 nephews and a niece.
