TANA MARIE HAYES

Miss Tana Marie Hayes of Whitley City, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2006, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. She was 18 years old.

Funeral services were held Saturday, June 08, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with the Rev. Cyrus Byrd officiating. Interment was in the Hayes Stinson Sullivan Cemetery in Williamsburg.

Tana graduated from McCreary Central High School in May of 2006 with distinguished honors. She had attained a 4.0 grade point average and was a member of the Beta Club, and the National Honor Society. She was also a member of the Pine Knot Church of God. Her plans were to attend Cumberland College in the fall.

Tana was born at Ft. Walton, Florida, on October 14, 1987, the daughter of Bill Jr. and Vivian Hamilton Hayes. She had a brother Billy Hayes III and three sisters Tabatha, TeeAnna and Tamra Hayes all of Whitley City. She had several sets of grandparents, numerous aunts and uncles, cousins and friends and other family whom she loved and who will carry her memory in their hearts forever.
