STANLEY STEVE WORLEY

Stanley Steve Worley “Stan”, age 66, of Stearns, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital’s Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Kentucky.

He was born December 14, 1954, in Stearns, Kentucky, to the late Hobert and Artie Mishie (Perkins) Worley. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, David Ray Duncan and a sister, Sharon Kay Vanover.

Surviving family include a step-son, James Williams of Tennessee, and James’s son Kenneth Williams also of Tennessee.

Brothers: Robert Darrell Worley of Stearns and Harlin Randal Worley also of Stearns, and a sister: Sarah Elizabeth Ridener of Stearns, a niece Tonya Anderson of Pine Knot along with several other nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Stan had been a coal miner and member of the United Mine Workers union. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, camping, riding thru the country and horseback riding. He deeply enjoyed socializing with his friends who will greatly miss him.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 29, 2021, at Angel Cemetery in Stearns with Bro. George Coffey officiating.
