Sidney Wayne Bell

Sidney Wayne  Bell age 66 of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed from this life on Friday, December 25, 2020 at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, Tennessee. 

He was born June 5, 1954 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Ernest S. Bell and Rosie Lee (Moore) Bell. In addition to his parents, Sidney is preceded in death by his brother, Michael "Mike" Bell. 

Surviving family include his children, Donnie Wayne Bell (Regina Walker) of Pine Knot, Kentucky and Misty Lynn Stephens (Larry) of Strunk, Kentucky; brothers, Gary Bell (Rosie) and Robert Bell (Beth) of Ohio; a sister, Brenda Bryant of Williamsburg, Kentucky; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 3 special nieces; and Sidney's longtime companion, Karen Lee Ellis. 

Sidney enjoyed playing cards, especially poker. In past time he had worked in construction building log homes. Sidney took much pride in caring for his home, always keeping a clean house and a home cooked meal on the table. He will be sadly missed. 

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home. Burial to follow in the Chitwood Cemetery in Winfield, Tennessee. The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday after 12:00 noon until service time. 

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to assist with remaining funeral expense.
