Shannon Gail Miller passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at her home in Strunk, Kentucky. She was 46 years, one month and three days old.
Born June 3, 1975, in Somerset, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Beverly Taylor and step-father Tom Richardson of Strunk.
Preceding her in death is Mildred Pond whom she called Mom and Charles Taylor whom she called Dad. Also, uncles: Steve Taylor and Lanny Taylor, aunt, Debbie Stigall, brother, Scotty Taylor and mother-in-law, Wilma Miller.
Surviving family include her husband of 31 years, Charles “Chuck” Miller whom she married on April 11, 1990, sons: Randy (and Charlsie) Miller of Oneida, Tennessee and Dustin “Duck” (and Megan) Miller of Strunk. Grandchildren: Greyson, Brett, and Kenzlee Miller, brother, Tommy Richardson (fiancé Erin Jones), and sister, Amanda Richardson (fiancé Jason Kidd), father-in-law, Charlie Miller and sister-in-law, Brenda Miller. She also has a special aunt, Denise Bowman.
Shannon was a stay at home mother and grandmother. She loved her family and cherished her grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral services will be held graveside at the Miller Family Cemetery in Strunk, at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 9, 2021, with Randy Miller officiating. Music will be provided by Israel Clark and Cody Canada.
