ROSIE LEE BELL

Rosie Lee Bell, age 85, of Pine Knot, Kentucky, passed from this life on Saturday, June 16, 2018, at the Signature Health Care Center in Pine Knot. 

Rosie was born in McCreary County, Kentucky, on May 1, 1933,

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband: Ernest Bell, a son: Michael Bell and his wife Patty, and a brother: Clarence Moore.

Surviving family include three sons: Gary Bell (wife Rose), of Akron, Ohio, Sidney Bell of Pine Knot, and Robert Bell (wife Beth) of Cleveland, Ohio, and a daughter: Brenda Bryant (husband James, deceased) of Williamsburg, Kentucky.  There are five grandchildren: Christina, Carla, Donnie, Misty and Jennie, and eight great-grandchildren.

Rosie had worked for Lion Apparel in Williamsburg and attended Davis Hill Church of God.  She enjoyed going to church and singing.  She enjoyed singing at the Music Barn.

When she was able, she liked to garden, cook and can vegetables.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 21, 2018, at 1:00 p.m.  She will be laid to rest at the Chitwood Cemetery in Winfield, Tennessee. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home.
