RONNIE LOVITT

Ronnie Lovitt, age 62, of Pine Knot, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2011, at the McCreary Health and Rehab Center.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Dennis Neal and Bro. Pat Ayers officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Hayes Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 a€" 9 p.m.

Ronnie was born May 22, 1949 in Jellico, Tennessee, to Claude and Norma Baird Lovitt. Preceding him in death is his father Claude Lovitt, and an infant sister Carolyn Lovitt. Family members include his wife Dioma Ball Lovitt whom he married May 25, 1974, a son Wesley Lovitt, and granddaughter Olivia Lovitt. Ronnie has a twin brother Donnie Lovitt of Strunk, and two other brothers Marvin Lovitt of Wartburg, Tennessee, and Stevie Lovitt of Strunk. His sisters are Saundra Waters of Strunk and Vonda Varkett of Florida.
