ROGER SPRADLIN

Roger Spradlin age 54 of Pine Knot passed away on Wednesday July 18, 2012 at Oak Tree Hospital in Corbin.

Funeral services will be Friday at 1pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Rev. David Troxell officiating. Burial will follow in the Lower Cal Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6-9pm at the funeral home.

Roger was born in McCreary County on August 4, 1957. He was the son of the late James and Ora Hughes Spradlin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Spradlin, and 3 sisters, Fay Conatser, and Barbara and Judith Spradlin who died as infants.

Survivors include 3 brothers, Harold Spradlin of Pine Knot, Jimmy Spradlin and his wife Linda, of Pine Knot and Tommy Spradlin of Pine Knot. 2 sisters, Maxine King and Mary Crabtree and her husband Frank of Pine Knot.

Roger had been a fork lift operator for New Albany Box and Basket Company.

Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family of Roger Spradlin in his funeral arrangements.
