ROBERT E. BRYANT

Mr. Robert E, Bryant, age 59, of Stearns, peacefully passed away Thursday, November 5, 2009, at his home with his wife and family by his side.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 7 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Rev. Clay Cook and Rev. Dow Goodin officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Moore Cemetery in Pine Knot. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until funeral time at 1:00.

Born July 6, 1950, in McCreary County, he was the son of the late Earl and Pearlie Carter Bryant. Also preceding him in death are two brothers Dilbert and Albert Bryant and two sisters Ruby Bryant and Ernie Cooper.

Surviving family include his wife, Wanda Moore Bryant whom he married October 4, 2003, a daughter Shirley Mowary (her husband) of Stearns, a sister Orphia Miller of Corbin, Kentucky, two grandchildren Justin and Brandy and a new great grandbaby.

Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his many nieces and nephews and his wife whom he loved and cherished dearly. One of his last wishes was to get to go deer hunting one more time.
