RICKY LYNN COLLINS

Mr. Ricky Lynn Collins, age 48, passed away Monday, April 28, 2008, at his home in Somerset, Kentucky.

Memorial services will be held Friday, May 2, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00 until 2:00 Friday. The family suggests contributions of sympathy be made to the funeral home to help cover funeral expenses.

Ricky had been a painter having worked for A & M Painting in Nancy, Kentucky. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Billy Starlin and Willa Mae Lay Collins on February 16, 1960. His mother precedes him in death. Surviving family include his father Billy Collins of Pine Knot, two sons Ricky Stephens (and Dana) and Chad Stephens all of Parkers Lake and a daughter Tabitha Collins of Somerset. There are three brothers Rodney Collins of Somerset, Mike Collins of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Roger Collins of Pine Knot, and a sister Caroline Murphy of Pine Knot. He leaves behind four grandchildren Melina, Jessica, Addison, and Logan.
