Richard Allen Ball

Richard Allen Ball, age 79 years, of Pine Knot, Kentucky died Sunday May 3, 2015 at the Huntsville Manor Nursing Home in Huntsville, Tennessee.  Graveside service will held Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Lower Cal Hill Cemetery.

He was born in Stearns, Kentucky on July 12, 1935 the son of the late James Andrew and Rachel (Stephens) Ball.  He was a member of the Meadows Grove Baptist Church.  He also worked with his brother in construction. 

His parents, his wife Betty Ball, eight brothers, Claude Ball, Carl Jack Ball, Estes Ball, Mark Ball, James Andrew Ball, Jr. Ralph Ball, Hoytt Ball and Darrell Lee Ball, and one sister, Millie Barnett precede him in death.

Survivors include his brother, Ronald Ball of Pine Knot, two sisters Julie Faye Estes of Hamilton, Ohio and Janie Shelly of Stearns, Kentucky, along with David Shelly his nephew who was his caregiver, also they are many nephews and nieces left to morn his passing.
