Reba Bell

Reba Bell age 90 of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed from this life on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. 

She was born on October 8, 1933 in the Co-Op Community in Stearns, Kentucky to the late Osborne Keith and Nancy (Phillips) Keith. 

In addition to her parents, Reba is preceded in death by her husband, Gerstle Bell; a son, Kenneth "Kenny" Bell; brothers, Smiley, Osborne Jr., Ernest, Donald, Paul, Ralph, and James Keith; and sisters, Chloe Moses, Clella Worley, and an infant sister, Maggie Marie Keith. 

Surviving family include her daughter, Joyce Bell Gregory; a daughter-in-law, Christina Bell; granddaughter, Justina Bell and great-grandson, Dakota Bell, all of Whitley City, Kentucky; a special friend, Robin Stephens; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends and family of the Signature HealthCare of McCreary where she was a resident for many years. 

Reba was a lifelong Homemaker and a member of the Hickory Knob Baptist Church. She was a kind loving woman who was truly happy all the time. She enjoyed nature and it's beauty. Reba will be sadly missed.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Cody Canada officiating. Burial to follow in the Sherd Dobbs Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday after 12:00 noon until service time.
