Rachel Watters

Rachel Watters, age 78, of Stearns, Kentucky passed away on Friday, August 19, 2022 at her home.

She was a member of Beech Grove United Baptist Church, the owner, operator of Stearns Restaurant, she enjoyed riding motorcycles and her flower garden, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family whom she loved dearly.

Rachel is preceded in death by her parents; Sam and Hallie Ledbetter Crabtree, husband; John Watters and her first husband; Dillard Eldridge, son; Dillard “Buster” Eldridge, brothers; Ciscero Crabtree, Roy Crabtree, Coy Crabtree, Woodrow Crabtree, and an infant, sisters; Ruth French and Sadie Snyder, and grandson; Stephen Eldridge.

She is survived by her sons; Billy and wife Leslie Eldridge of Stearns, and Bobby and wife Shannon Eldridge of Stearns, daughter; Linda and husband Ronnie Wilson of Pine Knot, brothers; Walter D. and wife Sue Crabtree of Stearns, Wendell Crabtree of Williamsburg, sisters; Irene Watson of FL., Maryetta Lawrence of AR., Gloria M. and husband Darrell Spradlin of Somerset, Ruby Eagleton of IN., sister-in-law; Jenny Crabtree of Stearns, grandchildren; Tonya and husband Waylon Burton, David Matthews, Dustin R. Eldridge, Justin Eldridge, Aaron Eldridge, Kristian and husband Dustin Owens, Stephanie and husband Eddie Dick, along with numerous great-grandchildren.

Visitation service is Monday, August 22^nd in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home beginning at 6:00 pm until funeral service at 8:00pm, Brother Robert Blankenship, and Brother Robert Hatfield will be officiating and Jerry Tapley will read the eulogy.  Burial will be on Tuesday at 10:00 am at Angel Cemetery.
