PATSY LOU KILBY

Patsy Lou Kilby, age 70 of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed away at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital on August 11, 2013. Patsy was born on July 3, 1943 in McCreary County to the late Marvin Cash and Christine Watson Cash. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Rev. Landon Sexton officiating. She will be laid to rest at the Kilby Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:00 noon until time for services. Patsy worked for the McCreary County School system for a couple of years and was an employee at Walmart at Onieda, Tennessee. Patsy loved to travel to Gatlingburg and enjoyed her trip with her mother to Hawaii. Patsy's last forty three years were spent raising her six children, grandchildren, and others. Patsy is preceded in death by her husband, David Kilby, her father, Marvin Cash, step-brother, Denny Ball, step-sister, Ina King and nephew, John Wesley Cash, son-in-law Robert Stephens . Surviving her are; her mother Christine Cash Ball, a daughters, Christine Lloyd, Phyllis Stephens, Lacey Kilby, and sons Marvin Kilby, David Kilby and wife Bonnie, Rev. William Kilby and wife Peggy, step- siblings Sarah Lay, Nevada Bryant, Phyllis (Bill) Moore and Edmond and Loretta Ball, fourteen grandchildren. Brother's Michael Cash and wife Vicki, Eddie Cash and wife Pat and Ted Cash and wife Kay. Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
