Patricia Ann Maxey

Patricia “Patty” Ann Maxey, age 70, departed from this life on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at her home in Hebron, Kentucky.

She was born in Middlesboro, Kentucky on April 8, 1951 to the late Epheriam and Gladys Strunk Williams. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Mark Maxey Sr., whom she was married to for 53 years, sisters, Shirley Barger and Rosealee Williams, and brother, Sam Williams.

She is survived by her sons, Mark Maxey Jr., and Mark Maxey III of Hebron, KY, daughter, Theresa and "Ole Lady's Son-in-law, Scott Carlton of Burlington, KY., grandson, Steven Day Jr., and his wife Jacklyn Day of Ludlow, KY., granddaughter, Ginger and her husband Tyler Hand, great grandchildren, Khloe “Little Bitch” Carlton, Mariah Arnold, Steven Day III and Jammers Hand, along with numerous great uncles and aunts, brothers, Charles Williams (and Beth), Ed Williams and companion Teresa Moore, Bo Williams, Bobby Williams, Rick Williams, Alan Williams and Epheriam Williams, sisters, Bertha and husband Jim Smith, Kathy and husband Steve Davis. Many loved nieces and nephews.

Patty went to work in Ohio at the Dozer Candy Company in 1976-1977 and for a photo service “Qualex” 1977-2003 developing pictures.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 4:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home. Burial to follow in the Ryan Cemetery at Gumfork, Tennessee. The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday after 2:00 pm until service time.
