NOBLE LEE WEST

Mr. Noble Lee West, 69, passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at his home in Bainbridge, Georgia. Services for Mr. West will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, November 3, 2012, at Liberty Baptist Church, 2909 Vada Road (U.S. Highway 97 North), Bainbridge. Rev. Milton Harrison will be officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, at Cox Funeral Home Chapel. Noble Lee West was born July 16, 1943, in McCreary County, Kentucky, to R. L. West and Mable King West. He and his beloved wife, Joan, have been married 48 years. Lee was retired from Lynch Corp. Miller Hydro; where he worked as an engineer. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

Lee West is survived by his wife, Joan King West of Bainbridge; his son and daughter-in-law, Daniel Lee and Melissa Jones West, also of Bainbridge; sisters, Kathern Soard and husband, Vernon of Stearns, Kentucky and Nevada Corder of Pine Knot, Kentucky; brothers, Jack West and wife, Pernie of Strunk, Kentucky and Rocky West and wife, Karen of Pine Knot, Kentucky; grandchildren, Keri Lee West, going to college in Tifton, Georgia, and Karoline West of Bainbridge; many nieces, nephews, and extended family; and a host of friends and loved ones.
