OBITUARY FOR MILFORD "SONNY" WATSON

Mr. Milford "Sonny" Watson, age 60, of Stearns, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2006, at the Scott County Hospital in Oneida, Tennessee.

Funeral services were held Saturday, August 5, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Rev. Leslie Gilreath officiating. He was laid to rest at the Angel Cemetery in Stearns.

He was born in Scott County, Tennessee, on August 29, 1945, a son of the late Johnny and Mae Cordell Watson. Also preceding him in death are two brothers Bravel and Miller Vincent Watson.

Sonny leaves behind his wife Wanda Sue Powell Watson. Sonny and Wanda made their home on the Pigskin Road in Stearns and had five children: Barbara and Karen Watson of Pine Knot, Kevin and Terry Watson of Stearns, and Timmy Watson of Oneida, Tennessee. Their two grandchildren are Megan and Timia Watson. Sonny has two surviving sisters Lexie Wright of Revelo and Lillie Kidd of Pine Knot. He was a mechanic for the Outdoor Venture Corporation and was a member of the Revelo Church of God.

Pine Knot Funeral Home assisted the family with funeral arrangements.
