Mary Alice Musgrove

Mary Alice Musgrove, age 53, of Pine Knot, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset.

She was born June 20, 1968, in Oneida, Tennessee, to the late Eldred and Sophia (Meadows) Musgrove. Her parents precede her in death as well as two brothers: Richard Lee Musgrove and Edwin Musgrove.

Surviving family include a sister, Doris (and Costello) Wilson and two sisters-in-law: Beverly Musgrove and Karen Winchester (and James). Her nieces and nephews are: Teresa (and Ray) King, Missy, Tony, Jeffery, Connor, Ben and Sophia Wilson, Anthony (and Rhonda) Bryant, Derek (and Stacey) Musgrove, Dana (and Jacob) Sharp, Johnny, Dalton and Cody Ridner, Crystal (and Dale) Griffis, Casey (and Brittany) Musgrove, and Edwin (and Jessica) Musgrove.

Mary Alice was disabled but lived a good and happy life. She enjoyed her “work” which was coloring, drawing and scribbling, She enjoyed sitting on the porch with Beverly and playing with the kids.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 22, 2021, in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Ryan Wells officiating. She will be laid to rest at the Musgrove Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday after 12:00 noon until service time.
