MARK A. SPRADLIN

Mark A. Spradlin, age 46, of Pine Knot, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2009, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset.

Funeral services were held Saturday, April 4, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Allen Coffey officiating. He was laid to rest at the Pine Knot Cemetery.

Mark was born January 4, 1963, in Oneida, Tennessee. He was the son of Jack C. Spradlin of Marion, Indiana and Eula Ross Meadows of Pine Knot. Preceding him in death is his wife Cynthia Spradlin and a son Joseph Spradlin. He has two surviving sons, Nathan Spradlin of Pine Knot and Jeremy Spradlin of Elwood, Indiana, a sister Tonya Stephens (husband Jerry) of Pine Knot, and many special friends.

Mark had been a truck driver and a cook at the Blue Heron Restaurant. He loved his family, spending time with his friends, playing cards and going to concerts. He held a special place in his heart for his nephews and his niece Ava.
