LOLA MAY RISDEN

Ms. Lola May Clark Risden, age 68, formerly of Revelo, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2006, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.

Funeral services were held Thursday, November 9, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Rev. Glen Whitehead officiating. Burial was in the Angel Cemetery.

Ms. Risden was born January 11, 1938, to the late Otis Clark and Grace Jones Foster. She was a homemaker and a member of the Cherokee Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death is her father Otis Clark and husband J.B. Risden, a son Roy Rodger Cox, a brother Thomas Clark, an infant brother and two infant sisters.

Surviving family include a daughter Lois Watson and her husband Steven of Stearns, three grandchildren Steven Watson, Jr., Bill (and Amanda) Watson and Jonathan Watson. There are two grandchildren; Faith Rutherford and Jordan Watson and two grandchildren on the way. Surviving brothers and sisters are Raymond (and Vonda) Clark of Monticello, Marty (and Audrey) Clark of Somerset, Bertha Clark of Revelo, Judy Privett of Ferguson, Jewel (and Glen) Whitehead of Revelo, and Ella (and Kenneth) Corder of Arthur, Tennessee.

Pine Knot Funeral Home assisted the family with funeral arrangements.
