Lewis Stephens

Lewis Stephens, age 80, of Pine Knot, Kentucky, passed away on January 10, 2024.

Lewis was born in Williamsburg, Kentucky on February 14, 1943 to the late Lawrence Stephens and the late Jocie (Campbell) Stephens. Lewis enjoyed hunting and fishing, farming, and especially loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.

His parents; his brother, Chester Stephens; and his sisters, Geraldine Stephens, and Beatrice Smiley precede him in death.

Lewis is survived by his wife whom he married on February 9, 1963, Bonnie Stephens; his children, Gary Stephens (Laura), of Savannah, Illinois, Lisa Musgrove (Bill), of Pine Knot, Jennifer Stephens (Donald), of Silver Lake, Wisconsin; brothers, Arvis Stephens, Of Pine Knot, William “Bill” Stephens (Polly) of Brooksville, Florida, Maynard Stephens (Cathy), of Williamsburg, Page Stephens (Carol), of Toccoa, Georgia, Marion “Tom” Stephens, of Williamsburg, Dillard Stephens (Kathy), of Jefferson, Georgia, Leroy Stephens (Patricia), of Corbin, Lawrence “Bo” Stephens (Maggie), Williamsburg; sisters, Zula Mae Sulfridge, of Williamsburg, Christine Cathers (John), of Corbin, Nadine Baird, of Strunk, Darlene Baird (Jerome), of Williamsburg; grandchildren, Cassi Solomon (and her mother, Connie Stephens), Katie Peterson, William Musgrove, Dillon Musgrove; and great grandchildren, Jacob, Caleb, Lucas, Carter, and Willow.

Funeral services for Lewis will be at the Pine Knot Funeral Home on Sunday, January 14, 2024, at 1:00pm EST. Friends may visit with the Stephens family Saturday evening at the funeral home after 6:00pm. Burial will be in the Jellico Creek Cemetery in Williamsburg, Kentucky.
