Leslie Stephens

Leslie Stephens age 73 of London, Kentucky, formerly of Pine Knot, passed from this life on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at the North Knoxville Medical Center in Tennessee. He is the son of the late Arthur and Flossie (Cox) Stephens.

Per the family's wishes, he will be cremated.

Leslie was born on January 27, 1949 in Pine Knot, Kentucky. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his children, John Wesley Stephens and Angie Stephens; and his brothers, Alford, Arlis, Ellard, and Ralph Stephens.

Surviving family include his wife, Jewell (Hatfield) Roberts; a brother, Arthur Stephens and wife, Sandy; sisters, Peggy Meadows and Patsy Storms; and grandchildren, Joey and Christy.

Prior to his sickness, Leslie enjoyed playing cards and bingo and watching ball games. During the warmer weather seasons, he loved to grill out and be with friends and family.

Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
