Lesia Lynn (Manning) Bowling, age 48, of Winfield, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2012, at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge Tennessee.
Memorial services will be held Friday, May 4, at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Rick Wilson officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 2 p.m. until service time at 4 p.m.
Lesia had been a cook at Lee's Food Mart in Winfield for nearly seven years. She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.
Born November 13, 1963, in Jellico, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Earl and Reba (Cox) Manning. Her father Earl Manning and a great granddaughter Leslie Faith Jones precede her in death. Surviving family include two daughters; Sally Shoopman (Paul Bauswell), Oneida, Tennessee and Christy Jones, Pine Knot, three brothers; Danny Spradlin, Pine Knot, Ralph Manning, Pine Knot, Micheal (Renee) Taylor, Pine Knot, five sisters; Patricia Stephens, Dalton, Georgia, Melinda (Faron) Clark, Stearns, Claudia (Jack) Beaty, Winfield, Teresia (Tom) Strunk, Stearns, and Kimberly Manning (Kim Whalen), Pine Knot, grandchildren Patience and Alexis Shoopman and Jada and Micheal Jones, as well as a special friend Rubin Trammell. There are also several nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
