Kimberly Ann Marlow

Kimberly Justus Marlow age 57 of Stearns, Kentucky went to her Heavenly home on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. 

She was born March 14, 1963 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Estel "Dick" Justus and Lola Jean (Vanover) Justus. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a special son, Tyler Robertson. 

Surviving family include her husband of 34 years, Joseph Marlow: a son, Cole Marlow; a daughter, Madison Marlow: a brother, Tim Justus (wife, Ann) of Stearns; a sister, Brenda Carol Bailey (husband, Joel) of Trenton, Ohio; nieces, Tanna Justus, and Kristen Ballard (and Jason); and many others that called her “mom”.

Kim was a member of the Lower Hickory Grove Baptist Church. Before retirement, Kim was an educator for the McCreary County School District for 29 years. Teaching was her passion. She touched the lives of many children during her career and kept each child a special place in her heart. She enjoyed photography, cross stitching, reading, playing bingo, and spending time with those she loved most. She will be missed by all those who loved and knew her.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Sewell officiating. Burial to follow in the Angel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday after 12:00 noon until service time at the funeral home.
