Kimberly Ann Brimm

Kimberly Ann Brimm age 56 of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed from this life on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at the Jean Waddle Hospice Care Center in Somerset, Kentucky.

She was born August 6, 1963 in Oneida, Tennessee to the late Woodrow Gilreath and Frances (Adams) Gilreath. Kim is also preceded in death by her sister, Brenda Combs.

Surviving family include her husband, Eugene Brimm, whom she married May 10, 1982; a son, Adam Brimm and wife, Jennifer “Kat” of Florida; a sister, Martha Ball and husband, Jeff of Revelo, Kentucky; and brothers, Steve Gilreath and wife, Carol, of Pine Knot, Kentucky and David Gilreath also of Pine Knot.

Also surviving is a host of extended family, friends, and a special friend, Debbie Neal, that Kim loved dearly.

Kim was of the Church of God faith. She was an inspiration to others, always wanting to make people smile and laugh. Kim always put her family first and loved them dearly. She enjoyed singing, sewing, and being outdoors. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Rev. Braxton King officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday after 12:00 noon until service time.
