JOHN RAY WARMAN

Mr. John Ray Warman, age 73, of Parkers Lake, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at Funston in Parkers Lake.

Funeral services will be Friday, April 11, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at the Mill Creek Methodist Church with Bro. Dillard Bryant officiating. Burial will be in the Mill Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 a€" 9 p.m. at Pine Knot Funeral Home.

Mr. Warman was born at Wayland in Floyd County, Kentucky, on December 19, 1934, son of the late W.H. "Bill" and Dora Swain Warman. Surviving family three brothers and one sister: James (and Barbara) Warman of Parkers Lake, Wilma (and Arthur Clark, Parkers Lake, Glen (and Jane) Warman, Marshes Siding and Herbert Tony Warman of Marshes Siding, and a nephew, William Clifford Warman of Parkers Lake.

John leaves behind 20 other nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews including two special great nieces Ashley Robinson and Andrea Warman.

John was a custodian at the McCreary County Courthouse working on the Green Thumb Program. He enjoyed meeting and talking with people. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior a few months ago and enjoyed everyone who prayed with and for him.

Pine Knot Funeral Home assisted the family with funeral arrangements.
