Jewell Patrick

Mrs. Jewell Patrick, age 66 of Parkers Lake, KY, passed away on Thursday April 2, 2015, at her home.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2pm at the Pleasant Knob United Baptist Church with Bro. Daniel Perry, and Bro. Joe Warman officiating. Burial will follow in the Higginbottham Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday after 6pm at the Pleasant Knob United Baptist Church.

She was born in Revelo on January 16, 1949, daughter of the late John A. and Mary (Worley) Smith. Also preceeding her in death is her husband Clarence Patrick who she married May 31, 1973; a son, Bradley "Pete" Patrick and 2 daughters, Mary Jane Patrick and Marilyn Patrick. There is also a deceased grandson, Jeremy James Patrick.

Survivors include 5 sons, Jessie Patrick and his wife Verna of Whitley City, Jeffery Patrick and his wife Karla of Parkers Lake, Timmy Patrick and his wife Roberta of Parkers Lake, Tommy Patrick of Parkers Lake, and Hank Patrick of Parkers Lake, 3 daughters:  Mary Patrick Jones and husband Rusty of Parkers Lake, Barbara Perkins and Patricia Perkins both of Burnside, KY, 2 brothers: Johnny Smith of Bronston, Kentucky; Archie Smith of Whitley City, 1 sister: Patty Smith of Bronston. There are 10 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
