Jewell Bowling age 76 of Stearns, Kentucky passed from this life on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at the Grand Haven Nursing Home in Cynthiana, Kentucky.

She was born June 26, 1946 in Marshes Siding, Kentucky to the late Roscoe Bowling and Edith (Coffey) Bowling. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandson, Jeremy Collins; her brothers, Donald Ray, Orville Lee, and Roscoe Bowling; step-brothers, Bobby, Benny, and Jimmy Wilson; and sisters, Addie Fair Campbell, Kathy Louise Meadows, and Deborah Ann Ellenburger.

Surviving family include her daughter, Tonya Duncan of Stearns; a brother, Billy Bowling (and Sharon) of Winfield, Tennessee; a step-brother, Costello Wilson (and Doris) of Pine Knot; step-sisters, Patty King of Pine Knot, Goldie Stephens of London, and Drucilla Voss (and Charlie); as well as a sister-in-law, Margaret Bowling Maxey.

Also surviving are grandchildren, Hannah Morgan (and Matt), Dylan Collins, Christopher Collins (and Ashley), and Dana McCullough (and Trevon) and great-grandchildren, Haley, Leigha, Jaylob, Jaylie, Jaycie, Blakelynn, Jazlyn, Brooklynn, Jansen, Jacob, and Sarah.

Jewell was an avid UK Basketball fan who loved to talk on the phone, go camping, and her dogs. Jewell worked as a bar manager and was very good at her job. She also loved going to family get togethers and spending time with them, especially her grandbabies.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Clay Cook officiating. Burial to follow in the Smith Cemetery of Round Top. The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday after 11:00 am until service time.
