Jeremy Dan Collins

Jeremy Dan Collins departed from this life on October 9, 2015 in Pine Knot, KY. Being 25 years. He was born in Somerset KY on August 13, 1990, son of the late Danny Collins, and Tonya Collins.

Jeremy was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, and was employed at Broadening Horizions as a Residential aide. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, playing his guitar, and making people laugh and feel better by making bad situations better. He was very amusing, entertaining, and caring person to be around, he treasured spending time with his family, children, and friends. Jeremey will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Along with his father Jeremy is preceded in death by his grandmother Lois Collins and a sister Lisa Collins.

Surviving Family includes: his wife Latish (Duncan) Collins, one son: Jaylob Wesley Dan Collins, two daughters: Jaylie Sherae Lynn Collins, and Jaycie Kay Collins, mother: Tonya Collins of Stearns, KY, father and mother in law: John and Sandy Duncan, four brothers: Shannon Kidd, Jesse Harggis, Dlyan Collins, Chris Collins, four sisters: special number one sister Hannah Collins Morgan, Dana Collins, Teresa Collins, and Tammy Coffey.

Funeral Services: Monday, October 12, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of the Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Harold Rollins and Bro. Rick Cox Officiating. Burial followed at Kingtown Cemetery.  Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
