Hayden Branscum

Hayden Branscum age 63 years, 5 months, and 8 days of Stearns, Kentucky passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017 at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, Tennessee.

He was born in McCreary County, Kentucky on March 6, 1954 to the late Joe Branscum and Osha (Dalton) Branscum Flynn. Hayden was a member of the Hill Top Baptist Church. In past time he enjoyed reading, fishing, cooking, and canning. Hayden also enjoyed working with chickens and gathering eggs.

Preceding him in death are his parents, 4 brothers, and 2 sisters.

Surviving family include his wife, Joyce (Cleary) Branscum of Stearns, Kentucky; a brother, Forrest Flynn of Beaver, Ohio; and his father and mother-in-law, Charles and Vivian Cleary of Tompkinsville, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Ball officiating. Burial to follow in the Cooper Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6-9 pm at the funeral home.
