Doris Ann Jones

Doris Ann Jones, age 66 years, of the Slavans Community passed away Friday, May 29, 2020.

She was born in Slavans, Kentucky on November 25, 1953 the daughter of Beatty Jones and Ethel (Vaughn) Jones. Doris was a homemaker, a member of the Cedar Grove United Baptist Church, and loved watching TV and her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Roy Allen Jones and Roger Wendell Jones.

Survivors include her brothers, Daniel Jones of Pine Knot and Lynn Jones of Stearns; nieces and nephews, Chris Jones, Scott Allen Kennedy, Jessica King, Jonathan Jones, Cathy Adkins, Holly Phillips, and Alex Vaughn; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 1, 2020 at 1pm in the chapel of the Pine Knot Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Roberts Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11am Monday at the funeral home.
