Donna Mae Ball

Donna Mae Ball age 57 of Parkers Lake, Kentucky passed from this life on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky.

She was born September 24, 1965 in Oneida, Tennessee to the late JC Dople and Faye (Perkins) Dople. In addition to her parents, Donna is preceded in death by her husband, Doug Ball; her son, Donnie Paul Davenport; her brothers, Mike, Wayne, Gary, Jerry, and Jeff Dople; and a sister, Gail Dople.

Surviving family include her children, Dusty Davenport of Pine Knot and Joyce Davenport of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; the father of her children, Donny Davenport; grandchildren, Samuel Paul, Marcus, Dustin, Dominic, Maddie, Malachi, Zachariah, and Jase; and a great-grandchild, Ember Rayne.

Also surviving are Donna's brothers, Wendell, Stanley, Connie, Teddy, and Charlie Dople; and sisters, Barb Slaven and Janet Roberts.

Donna was a natural care giver, she loved to always help others. She enjoyed being outdoors, fishing and camping, playing on her phone, and playing basketball and baseball. But above all, she loved nothing more than being with her grandbabies.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Clay Cook and Bro. Ray Cook officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday after 12:00 noon until service time. Per Donna's wishes, cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with remaining funeral expenses.
