DONALD TROY STEPHENS

Donald Troy Stephens, age 44, of Pine Knot, passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2011 in Pine Knot.

Private family funeral services were held Tuesday, May 10 at 2:00 p.m. graveside at Pine Knot Cemetery.

Born November 2, 1966, he was the son of Harold Dale Stephens and Hilda Geraldine Richardson. He is survived by his father, a wife Carol Patterson Stephens of Fountain Run, Kentucky, three sons Donald Jeremy Stephens of Junction City, Nicholas Patterson of Harrodsburg, Jonathan Patterson of Nicholasville, a daughter Kaley Stephens of Nicholasville, three brothers Michael, David and Dale Stephens all of Pine Knot, Peggy Ann Quinn of Junction City, Sally Jean Swift of Junction City, Kimberly Mae Brock of Danville and Teresa Jaclyn Guinn of Junction City. Donald had a grandson Jeremy Isaiah.

Those preceding him in death are his mother, three daughters Heather Nicole Patterson, Joshua Troy Patterson and Tabitha Grace Stephens, a brother Martin Crit Stephens and a sister JoAnn Stephens Smith.

Donald had worked as a truck driver for Gateway Distribution and also had worked for Covenant Transportation.

Pine Knot Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
