David Calvin Stephens

David Calvin Stephens age 60 of Pine Knot, Kentucky, husband of Anissa (Petty) Stephens, passed from this life on Monday, March 8, 2021 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. 

He was born November 27, 1960 in Whitley City, Kentucky to the late Hobert Stephens and Allie (Phillips) Stephens. In addition to his parents, he is preceded ind eath by his brothers, Arnold Davis and Hobert Stephens. 

Surviving family include his wife, Anissa (Petty) Stephens; sons, James Lanter and wife, Tammy, Jacob Lanter, and Jared Petty, all of Pine Knot; a daughter, Bobbie Stephens also of Pine Knot; brothers, Ray Davis and Doyle Davis and wife, Beulah; and one grandchild, Peyton, Lanter.

David was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed spending time with his children and picking on his granddaughter, and watching TV. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. 

Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Corder and Bro. John Corder officiating. Burial to follow in the Barren Fork Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday after 12:00 noon until service time at the funeral home.
