DARRELL R. RICHMOND

Mr. Darrell Ray Richmond of Batavia, Ohio, passed away Monday, March 12, 2007, at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was 57 years old.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Rev. David Troxell officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Run Cemetery in Strunk, Kentucky. The family will receive friends Wednesday beginning at 12:00 until funeral time.

Born on June 19, 1949, he was the son of Joe Bill and Alma Ruth Ellis Richmond. Preceding him in death is his father Joe Bill Richmond, a brother Franklin Richmond, an infant brother and a nephew Dennis Richmond.

Surviving family include his mother Alma Ruth Richmond of Batavia, Ohio, three brothers Joe Bill (and Trecia) Richmond of Pine Knot, Larry, Danny and Dennis Richmond all of Batavia and six nephews Michael, Billy, Donny, Larry Jr., Joseph and Chad Richmond and a niece Angela.

Darrell was a metal polisher and an assembly line worker having worked for S & K Polishing Company and the Holman Company in Cincinnati before becoming disabled.
