Clem Ball

Clem Ball age 71 of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed from this life on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at the Baptist Health of Corbin.

He was born February 22, 1952 in McCreary County, Kentucky to the late George K. Ball and Edith (Lay) Ball. In addition to his parents, Clem is preceded in death by his brothers, Donald Everett, Leon, Dean, Clemon, and Orville Ball, and a sister, Wanda Ball.

Surviving family include his brothers, Hobert Ball (and Christine) of Pine Knot, Leland Ray Ball of Fairfield, Ohio, Michael Ball of Pine Knot and Donald Ray; sisters, Mary Helen Ponder of Williamsburg and Donna; and several nieces and nephews that loved Clem dearly.

Clem loved to watch television. His favorite shows were Andy Griffith, Westerns, and the Three Stooges. He also enjoyed being with his family and the friends he had made at Horizon. Clem will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday after 6:00 pm until service time. Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am at the Lower Cal Hill Cemetery.
