Christopher "Spanky" William Bryant

Christopher William “Spanky” Bryant age 44 of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed from this life on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at the Mary Breckinridge Hospital in Leslie County, Kentucky.

He was born April 28, 1975 in Tiffin, Ohio to Ronald Bryant, Jr. and Patricia (Duncan) Bryant. Chris was a member of the Meadows Grove Baptist Church. He enjoyed listening to music and being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and four-wheeling. 

Chris is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ronald and Mary Bryant and Brad and Ruth Duncan.

Surviving family include his parents, Ronnie and Pat Bryant of Pine Knot; a brother, Jamie Bryant and wife, Jessica, of London, KY; a sister, Shasta Chitwood of Pine Knot; and many aunts and uncles. 

Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, and children that Chris loved as his own, Savannah, Mason, Jaxon, Hayli, and Caden Bryant, Lori, Ashley, Rashall, Chloe, Sabrina, Gentry, Lakeysha, Chris, Gabby, and Ashton. 

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home. Burial to follow in the Warman-Bryant Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday after 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
