Charles Dewayne Stephens age 42 of Winfield, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2022 at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, Tennessee.
He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 16, 1979 the son of John and Debra (Reed) Stephens. Charles enjoyed fishing, video games, and his family.
He is preceded in death by his great grandparents, Clessie Crabtree and Rudolph and Nellie Couch; grandparents, Mary Bentley, Bill Stephens, and Robert and Sue Reed; and a special nephew, Jonathan James Stephens.
He is survived by his parents, John and Debra Stephens of Winfield, Tennessee; his children, Kelsey Stephens and boyfriend, Nathan Pergram and Jonathan Stephens of Winfield, Tennessee; brother, John Stephens, Jr. and wife, daen of Iowa; sisters, Susie Riseden of Oneida, Tennessee and Renee Kiser and husband, Matt of Oneida, Tennessee; nieces, Jessica Celvenger, Athena Stephens, Alyssa Stephens of Ohio, and Phoenix Stephens of Iowa; nephews, Wade and Ethan Kiser of Oneida, Tennessee, Ricky Riseden of Oneida, Tennessee, and Aiden Stephens of Iowa.
Per the family's wishes, he was cremated. Family ask that that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at the Senior Citizens Center in Whitley City, KY, from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
