BUFFIE MARIE McGLOTHIN

Buffie Marie McGlothin, age 38, of Stearns, passed from this life on Monday, November 11, 2013, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 15, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Rev. Rufus Hughes officiating. Burial will be at the Higginbotham Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 12 noon until time for services.

Buffie was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 5, 1975, to the late Russell Perry and Cynthia Mobley. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandparents Elmer Mobley and Ivy (Kemplin) Elsasser.

Surviving family include her daughters Areli Jones (and Matthew) of Strunk and Emily Loredo of Stearns. She has a brother, Eric C. Hale (and Valentina) of Texas, and two sisters; Cynthia Elaine Elsasser of Cincinnati and Lisa Kay McGlothin of Aberdeen, Ohio. Her long time companion is William Thomas Jones of Stearns. She has nine nieces and nephews and other family and friends that will mourn her passing.
