BONNIE MARIE WAGNER

Bonnie Marie "Morning Dove" Wagner, age 70 years, one month and four days, passed away Friday, February 08, 2013, at the LaFollette Medical Center in LaFollette, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 12, 2013, in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest at the Pine Knot Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6 a€" 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

She was born in South Rockwood, Michigan on January 4, 1943, to Ernest Keith McCormack and Bonnie Wandele "Sleeping Fawn" Bates Cox. She is preceded in death by her husband Jay Lee Roy Wagner, Sr. who she married on November 15, 1968 in Toledo, Ohio, her father Ernest Mc Cormack, her very special step-father General A. Cox, and a sister Nancy Sharon.

Surviving family include her mother Bonnie Cox, of Whitley City, and daughters Joyce Renea "Dancing Crow" Cannada (and Terry) of Whitley City, Christy Lynn Shook (and William) of Farwell, Michigan, sons Jay Lee Roy Wagner, Jr., (and Wendy) of Shelby Township, Michigan, Patrick Donald General Wagner (and Janet) of Whitley City. Her brothers are Evert Jack Thompson (and Diana) of Paris, Kentucky, Keith McCormack, Charles McCormack, and Mike McCormack, and sisters, Nelly Elizabeth and Belvie Lee.

She has 10 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and other cousins.
