OBITUARY FOR ASHILE NIKOLE SHANE

Miss Ashlie Nikole Shane, age 18, of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed away Sunday, April 30, 2006, in Strunk, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 5, 2006, in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with her uncles Eugene and Ernie Watson officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Pine Knot Cemetery.

Ashlie was a student at McCreary Central High School and a member of the Pine Knot Southern Baptist Church.

She was born in Muncie, Indiana on January 24, 1988, the daughter of Sheila Kay Shane of Pine Knot and David Allen Shane of Indiana. She is the granddaughter of Faye Watson of Pine Knot, Don Dickman of Pine Knot, and Ralph and Charlotte Bright of Indiana. Preceding her in death are grandparents Bill and Betty Shane, Estel Pennicuff and Charlotte Phillips.

She has a brother John Micheal Wright of Indiana. Her aunts and uncles are Shanna and Robert Jones, Eugene and Pamela Watson and Ernie and Darlene Watson. She has several cousins and friends and other family whom she loved and who will carry her memory forever in their hearts.

Pine Knot Funeral Home assisted the family with funeral arrangements.
