Anthony Wade Stephens, Jr.

Mr. Anthony Wade Stephens, Jr., age 28, of Pine Knot, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2006, at the Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, October 3, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. at Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Terry West officiating. Burial was in the Hayes Creek Cemetery.

Born October 24, 1977, in Somerset, Kentucky, he was the son of Anthony Wade and Donna Faye West Stephens. His mother preceded him in death in July, 2001. Anthony was a block mason for Wasco, Inc. based in Nashville, Tennessee. He was of the Baptist faith.

His father, Anthony Wade Stephens resides in Pine Knot. He has two sisters Cristy Denise Stephens of Pine Knot and Angela Kaye Lowe (and husband Steven) of Norma, Tennessee. His nieces and nephews are Cheyenne Stephens, and Ashton and Cody Lowe. His aunts are Helen Stephan and very special Aunt Cheryl Gosnel. His uncles are Bob West, Harold Dean West, Joe, John, Cecil, and Glen West, Audis Neal and Rick Dingus.

Anthony enjoyed stock car racing but his favorite pastime was spending time with his nieces and nephews who were his pride and joy and his dad who was his best friend. Pine Knot Funeral Home assisted the family of Mr. Anthony Stephens with funeral arrangements.
